Suzlon Energy's subsidiary has accepted the ZF Friedrichshafen AG offer for its 26.06% equity interest in Hansen Transmissions International NV.

AE-Rotor Holding BV (AERH), a subsidiary of Suzlon, has 174,632,079 depository receipts in Hansen, which signifies 26.06% of the voting capital of Hansen. It has accepted the offer of ZF under the terms and conditions of the irreversible undertaking. If the acquisition completes then the AERH will be of $187 million.
