The extensive research that Rahul Dholakia has put into making of Lamhaa will now be extended beyond the film into a book on the politics of Kashmir.

Dholakia feels, he has enough material to expose what he calls `the business of keeping militancy alive in the valley'.

Director Rahul Dholakia's latest movie Lamhaa starring Bipasha Basu, Sanjay Dutt, and Kunal Kapoor, has been banned the Middle East. The film is releasing in India tomorrow on July 16.

Lamhaa deals with the controversial Kashmir issue, which has been much politicized in these years. The content of the film has been the reason behind the ban as the subject is believed to be a controversial and objectionable one.

India, along with Canada's richest province, Ontario, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday to enhance cooperation and investment in geology and mineral resources.

It is a happy occasion for both the countries as the MoU will enable a Canadian investment for mining and mineral evacuation purposes, and will also aid in the transfer of technology and joint ventures.

India is looking forward to work jointly with Ontario under the MoU objectives, and start their action within a proposed specific timeline.

Three distinct films release tomorrow - 'Lamhaa', 'Tere Bin Laden' and 'Udaan'. Incidentally, none of the three films are true blue conventional Bollywood outings. They are not romantic affairs, they don't boast the kind of comedy that Bollywood is known for and also they don't quite fit into the category of family films. However, at least a couple of them do look interesting here - 'Lamhaa' and 'Tere Bin Laden'. 'Lamhaa' boasts of the star power of Sanjay Dutt and Bipasha Basu and the hard hitting promos that promise a quality outing seems to have done the trick.
