Authorities in the United states have given clearance to a flying car called, Terrafugia Transition and could soon be seen flying over traffic in the country.

The Terrafugia, is like a conventional car and has a top speed of 65mph with consumption of 35mpg. The car can fly at 115mph and consumes five gallons of fuel an hour. After unfolding its wings, the car has a span of 28 feet and six inches.

The two-seat car-plane is made of carbon-fibre and has attracted some attention in the country and abroad. The user can fold its wings back in just 15 seconds, with power then routed to the rear wheels.

One of the five General Purpose Computers that run the shuttle awakened the Atlantis malfunctioned today, triggering an alarm that woke up the crew members about an hour and half after they went to sleep.

The crew members are not in any danger. The space agency said the crew performed a standard 30-minute malfunction procedure to transition systems management from GPC-4 to GPC-2. The GPC-4 malfunction caused the system to go off the shuttle’s network.

The Russian Space Agency is scheduled to launch a space telescope, which was planned during the cold war era, on Monday when the telescope is expected to be raised to the almost halfway to the moon.

The scientists tool more than 30 years to develop RadioAstron, which has a 10-meter antenna. This may see small but when RadioAstron’s signals are combined with that of earthbound telescopes, the process creates images as sharp as those produced by a single satellite whose dish was as wide as the distance between the space telescope and Earth.

From the file, it was reported that the charges for the general patients would be doubled that is from Rs. 20 per day it would be Rs. 40 per day whereas it would be Rs. 56 per day for the TB, mentally challenged and therapeutic patients.

It has been reported that soon the regions of Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh will get power from the proposed project of High Capacity Power Transmission Corridors. However, it will take about five years for the project in the proposed regions to complete.
