Bhargava, Chairman, Maruti Suzuki recently said that as the company is not competing in exports (with other carmakers), it will be aiming to match the last year's export figures in this is fiscal.

Moreover, as the company is also operating in a situation where the production level is not being able to meet the demand in the domestic market, the company is trying to produce as much as possible to keep the waiting period low for its products.

Canara Bank Q1 net profit gone up by 82%State-owned Canara Bank has announced its Q1 financial results for the fiscal year 2010. The Bank has managed to post a net profit of Rs 1,013.37 crore for the quarter that ended in 30th June, 2010. This net profit figure has grown up by 82% in this quarter as compared to the same quarter in the last fiscal.

The net profit for the same quarter last year was Rs 555.33 crore for the bank. This has been informed by Canara Bank in a filing at the Bombay Stock Exchange. The total income of the bank has also increased in this period of time.

Rahman was accompanied to this event by his mother. Apart from the movie’s cast and crew several hundred fans attended the occasion. The music of the film was launched with enviable style and grace.

The whole show was organized at a big ceremony that was held at the prestigious HICC in Hyderabad. S J Surya is the director of Komaram Puli and the music for the film is composed by the iconic A. R. Rahman.
