Nevada (US), July 21  : Hollywood diva Lindsay Lohan (Mean Girls) reportedly adopting meditation and yoga in her life was "step in the right direction" for her, acclaimed Hindu statesman Rajan Zed has pointed out.

In a statement in Nevada (USA) today, Zed, who is President of Universal Society of Hinduism, argued that finding inner peace through spirituality would be very helpful to Lohan. He suggested her to determinedly seek Self through mediation and have self-control.
