Indian Wells, California  - Lleyton Hewitt shrugged off hip worries while Andy Murray plans to fight through the after-effects of a virus as play on the ATP side of the Indian Wells Masters got underway on Thursday.

Hewitt, a two-time (2002, 2003) former champion at the desert venue and the 2005 finalist against Roger Federer, ignored the hip niggle which bothered him at weekend Davis Cup in Bangkok as he defeated Czech Jan Hernych 7-6 (7-3), 6-3 to reach the second round.

Indian Wells, California  - Roger Federer Thursday revealed that he will become a father within months, saying long-time girlfriend Mirka Vavrinec is pregnant with the couple's first child.

"I have some really awesome news to share with all of you: Mirka and I are excited to let you know that we will be parents this summer!," the Swiss told his website.

"Mirka is pregnant and we are so happy to be starting a family together."

The world number two called the big event "a dream come true for us."

Indian Wells, California  - Roger Federer and Darren Cahill will debut a "dream team" lineup as the Australian takes the coaching reins with the Swiss at the Indian Wells Masters which begins on Wednesday.

Federer's management confirmed that Cahill, former mentor to Lleyton Hewitt and Andre Agassi, will work together for an unspecified time.

The 43-year-old Australian and the world number 2 have a psychological bond going back more than a decade.

The controllers of NASA flight have declared the final launching time for the NASA’s Kepler spacecraft and its Delta II rocket.

The controllers said that the Kepler space telescope will take off on Friday night at 10:49 p.m. EST from the Exploration Center at NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, California.

The spacecraft, which is named after famed German astronomer Johannes Kepler (1571-1630), will be the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s primary mission, which will discover earth-like habitable planets in the galaxy.

Washington, Feb 24: Nadya Suleman, the mother of the recently born octuplets, could be thrown out of her home in California within two weeks, say reports.

Sources close to Suleman have revealed that the Whittier property will be auctioned on March 5.

Suleman''s mother Angela, the actual owner of the house, is said to have not paid the bungalow''s mortgage for 10 months.

A source revealed that Angela owed over 23,000 dollars in back payments, Us magazine reported.

The source further said that Suleman and her brood of 14 kids had not decided on a new house as yet.

Meanwhile, the source said that Suleman actually made up the dad's name-David Solomon-on her children''s birth certificates.
