Dell employee to face legal actionOn Friday, Dell said that one of its former employee is expected to face civil and administrative charges. It would be so because the person has been found involved in accounting misappropriations during 2005.

The charges are going to be imposed by the SEC. The commission had been contacting and questioning several of Dell's former employees in the past. But till now, none of the current employees have been probed.

This information was given by Dell's spokesman, David Frink. He further added that the many former employees have been served the "Wells Notices."
