According to lawyer, an American college student convicted in a sex-charged slaying in Italy may tell her side of the story on television.

The Daily Telegraph reported on Sunday that Luciano Ghirga, an Italian lawyer representing Amanda Knox, 22, of Seattle, said discussions on arranging an interview were under way.

Knox, her boyfriend and a third defendant have been found guilty in the November 2007 slaying of British coed Meredith Kercher, 21. Knox was given a 26-year prison term.
