Melbourne: According to a top independent legal expert that the resolution of Australia’s Director of Public Prosecutions to assess the case against the apprehended Indian doctor Mohammed Haneef advised that the lawsuit was about to disintegrate
While commenting on the decision of Damian Bugg, the ex-chairman of the National Crime Authority, Peter Faris stated, “This is the end of the case against Haneef.”
Hyderabad: The General Manager of Satyam Computer Services Satya Vedula was kidnapped from Secunderabad, the twin city of Hyderabad.
Mr. Vedula was abducted when he had gone to drop his son to school in Bhopalpuram area. His wife filed a complaint with the police when he didn’t come back to his home.
No more information is available with the Hyderabad police on his situation or who is after his kidnapping plan. No one is reported to have witnessed his abducting.
New Delhi: Now Indian-American astronaut Sunita Williams has set her eyes on the Red Planet ‘Mars.’
Sunita, who came back to earth on June 22 after spending 195 days at the International Space Station told that she would love to fly to Mars, if not the moon.
“I would love to go to Mars ... just because it is a different planet,” she told through a videoconference from Houston.
New Delhi: According to the Petroleum Minister, Murli Deora that the government has not taken any decision to raise prices of transport fuels but will shortly hold meeting with oil companies on how to undertake the situation actuated by high global crude prices.
“We really do not want to hike the petroleum prices. But we are helpless when the international price increase like this,” Deora told.
Mr. Deora was referring to worldwide crude rates hitting the $78 a barrel in recent weeks.
