On Tuesday, Anil Ambani promoted Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) had demanded Rs 50,000 crore from MukeshAmbani who is the owner of Reliance Industries (RIL) to scrap the gas sale master agreement (GSMA) signed between the two companies.
At the Bombay High Court in the beginning of company’s argument over the supply of gas from the Krishna-Godavari Basin, RNRL counsel Mr. Mukul Rohatgi said, “Somebody decide that my demands are correct or else calculate and compensate me for the gas I should have got for 17 years.”
In Dadri, the power project was delayed because of the Mukesh Ambani-controlled company hasn’t assured them to supply the gas regularly, RNRL said.
The country’s second-largest IT services company, Infosys Technologies, is in negotiation with leading IT firms to jointly offer training courses in hope to produce more industry-ready graduates. Beginning with 1,000 colleges across the country, the company hopes to finalize such initiatives by December.
Voltas Limited and Tata Enterprise has signed definitive agreement to acquire majority stake in Rohini Industrial Electricals.
Under the deal, Voltas will pay consideration of around of Rs 62 crore for 51% stake in RIE. Both the parties have agreed that Voltas may increase its equity stake in RIE up to 100% in future.
Mumbai based Rohini is engaged in undertaking large turnkey Electricals and Instrumentation projects for Industrial and Commercial sectors.
