Lahore, Nov 19 : Following the opening up of Indo-Pak trade through land route, the Pakistan government is considering including 100 new items in the positive trade list with India.
According to a TV channel report, the federal government had directed the Federal Board of Revenue to review the list of additional items in the list.
The government was also considering the abolishment of non-trade barrier to promote trade with India, the Daily Times quoted the report as saying.
Presently, bilateral trade between Pakistan and India stands at 2.12 billion dollars, and is restricted by non-tariff barriers imposed by India besides Pakistan’s positive list.

New Delhi, Nov 19: The Indian Navy Warship, INS Tabar, armed with supersonic BrahMos (PJ-10) anti-ship cruise missiles, sank a pirate vessel off the Somali coast after an exchange of fire on Tuesday evening. This is second successful operation of the naval ship against the pirates in Gulf of Aden within a week.
The Indian Navy warship foiled an attempt by the pirates to hijack an Indian and a Saudi ship off the Somalian coast last Tuesday.
New Delhi, Nov 18 : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has said that if voted to power it would execute Afzal Guru, convicted in 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament.

Islamabad, Nov. 18 : Pakistan has denied that it perceives the planned first joint exercise of the Indian Air Force (IAF) with its Chinese counterpart as threatening or a matter of concern in any way.
Indian Air Force Chief, Air Chief Marshal Fali H. Major had talked about the region''s two largest air forces'' coming together during his recent Beijing visit. He had stated that though there was no schedule as yet, it would take place "sooner than later".
