Chinese electric automaker BYD has received its first electric-bus order from Germany.

According to a media report from China, the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture apparently has plans underway to commence the production of the Audi e-tron electric car for the Chinese market from 2020.

Germany has registered a decline in factory activity during September, compared to 43.5 in August.

Germany has announced its plan to ban use of glyphosate by year 2023 and the use will be limited before the ban will be implemented.

According to German publication Automobilwoche, Volkswagen Group Components (VWGC) has efforts underway to electrify vintage cars.
