Lahore, Dec 16 : The Nepalese Government has denied Ajmal Kasab's arrest by Indian agents from Nepal.

The Nepal Interior Ministry denied the claim that the sole surviving gunman involved in the Mumbai terror attacks, Ajmal Kasab, was arrested from Nepal, Geo TV reported.

Earlier, a Pakistani lawyer SM Farooq had claimed that Kasab had been arrested from Nepal and shifted to India, and that an application had also been moved in the Nepali Supreme Court for his release.

New Delhi/Islamabad, Dec. 10: Authorities in Pakistan have not seriously investigated the origins of Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone surviving terrorist who participated in the massacre of nearly 200 people in Mumbai late last month.

There are also doubts whether the release of the names of the terrorists involved in the mayhem would be followed by action.

London, Dec. 6 : Indian police and government officials have said that they are likely to give the lone surviving terrorist behind last week’s terror attacks in Mumbai truth serum to make him spill the beans on the entire operation, but experts familiar with the drug and its uses, are skeptical about the results.

During police interrogations, Ajmal Amir Kasab has claimed that he hails from Faridkot in Pakistan’s Punjab Province and that he was trained with the Pakistan-based extremist group, Lashkar-e-Taiba.

Mumbai, Dec. 3 : A Mumbai terrorist captured by police has confirmed to interrogators that a woman in Islamic dress guided him around the city before and after the attackers went on a shooting spree.

Investigators said that an urgent alert had been issued to officers to find the woman referred to by Azam Amir Qasab as "sister."

Eyewitnesses had seen Qasab buying dried fruit with the burqa-wearing woman near Mumbai''s main train just minutes before the attack was launched.

A shopkeeper also insisted at least one woman had accompanied the pair.
