A baby boy has arrived at the house of Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher. An announcement was made by the Blown Away hitmaker in September that she was expecting her first child. The couple welcomed the baby boy, Isaiah Michael Fisher, into the world last Friday.

The 31-year-old singer also expressed her happiness surrounding birth of the baby boy on Facebook, saying that god has blessed them with an amazing gift Isaiah Michael Fisher on February 27. She also posted a photograph of the baby boy online, where the tot can be seen covered in grey and white clothing, but the face of the boy was hidden.

The sex of the baby was accidentally confirmed in November by Carrie’s friend Brad Paisley at the CMAs Country Music Awards when he joked that Garth is a good name for the baby.

“It was just the two of us in a nicer setting, but we both knew. So, that was just confirming our suspicions. We didn't really speak of it before because we were both just like, 'Whatever. It's all good.' But we knew it was a boy”, said Carrie, the former American Idol contestant.

The blonde beauty recently said in a statement that she has neared the end of her pregnancy and is getting in the mood to reclaim her body, given it has been under pressure for past many months.

She said that the experience of giving birth to a baby has been incredible for her. Although her size increased because of the pregnancy, she felt it like a miracle and a beautiful thing that happened to her.
