An official statement released by Capcom states that it has shipped more than a million copies of the hit series Super Street Fighter IV, across the globe.

The game which is meant for the Xbox 360 console and PS3 gaming devices features an additional ten more characters in the league of Street Fighter IV. This fighting game is slowly caught attention of the gamers and building up a surmounting demand.

The developers at the Capcom say this version, comes with plentiful of new stages, and surprise for online players.

The tournament mode exclusively for the online players will be made available for free download in the coming month.

The Street Fighter version that dates back to 1987 claims to have sold close to 28 million units till date. The company aims to generate more shipments from this version.
