Mark Ronson named Britain’s ‘Best Dressed Man’

Mark RonsonLondon, Apr 1 : Music producer Mark Ronson has been named Britain’s ‘Best Dressed Man’ by GQ magazine.

The 33-year-old artist has beaten James Bond Daniel Craig and Prince of Wales to earn the topspot in the list.

The second place went to Madonna’s ex Guy Ritchie followed by fashion designer Tom Ford at the third, reports the Telegraph

Craig, who was at the first position last year, and Prince of Wales wrapped up the top five at fourth and the fifth position respectively.

US President Barack Obama came first in GQ''s top international best-dressed list.

Mark Ronson ‘not’ a part of Amy Winehouse’s new album

Washington, Dec 17 : Music producer Mark Ronson, who worked with troubled popstar Amy Winehouse on her hit album `Back To Black', is not involved in the singer's upcoming album.

It was reported that the duo fell apart after their theme tune for `Quantum Of Solace' was scrapped from the Bond flick.

Although Mark has no further dealings with the star''s new recordings, he is hopeful that he will soon be collaborating with Winehouse.

"I''m not sure where it (the album) is. I haven''t spoken to Amy in a few weeks, and I haven''t heard anything (saying) that she''s making a record or not," Contactmusic quoted Mark, as saying.

The English composer-pianist, whose new album is said to appear on the Universal/Republic label, may just outdo other young artists such as India Arie, and Jack Johnson after the alleged collaboration.

Sir Elton has in the past collaborated with R&B legend Thom Bell to record hit tracks, including ‘Mama Can''t Buy You Love’, reports Fox News.

Mark Ronson ‘still’ mad at Amy Winehouse over loss of Bond tune

The duo was said to have lost out on the chance to send their theme tune to the Bond producers after being unable to continue their association owing to Amy’s alleged erratic conduct.

Following the release of the recent Bond flick ‘Quantum Of Solace’, Mark, who produced the diva’s Grammy-winning album ‘Back To Black’, reportedly laments the loss till date.
