London, Dec 31 : American actress Eva Mendes spoke out about her role in her new movie `The Spirit' where her bum was shown for real instead of just as a silhouette.

Mendes, 34, revealed that she enjoyed working with Scarlett Johansson again.

However, where her naked bum was concerned, she had no idea at all about it being shown.

"It was supposed to just be a silhouette of my naked bum! When I saw the film I was like: `Am I mistaken? Isn't a silhouette the outline of something?'" the London Paper quoted her as saying.

"I turned to Frank [Miller, the film's director] in nervous laughter and said: `That's not a silhouette, is it?' And he said: `No, but it's great!'" she stated.

Washington, December 17 : Actress Eva Mendes is upset that she has not been invited to U. S. president-elect Barack Obama''s inauguration into the White House, which will take place on January 20.

"Hottest ticket party in town. I thought I had some pull - I usually do, and I''ve been shut down. It''s the hardest party to get into," Contactmusic quoted the actress, who is a big fan of Obama, as telling Access Hollywood.

The beauty, however, added that she would keep trying for a ticket to the historical event.

London, Dec 15: Hollywood actress Eva Mendes has revealed that she is keen to pose naked with musician Morrissey for an advert for PETA.

The `Hitch' actress wants to team up with The Smiths frontman, as the vegetarian is an advocate for animal rights and PETA.

"I really want to do a PETA ad with Morrissey, I'd be happy to do it naked if need be," the Sun quoted Eva, as saying.

"I've done a lot of work with them and I know Morrissey is a big supporter of PETA, so here's hoping," she added.

Eva revealed that she is fan of `The Meat is Murder' hitmaker, and would like to team up with him for PETA, as he has contributed a lot to the Animal Rights organization.

New Delhi, Dec 8 : Hollywood actress Eva Mendes, who is dating producer George Gargurevich, thinks belonging to a man is sexy.

The ‘Trust The Man’ actress stated that although she is career-oriented she loves being looked after by her beau, and life would be boring without belongingness.

"The flip side to this strong career woman you see is a woman who loves being her man''s woman. It''s just sexy to belong to a man,” Eva said.

"Of course, we don''t belong to anyone but ourselves, but how boring. There''s a certain part of me that''s like, ''Please take care of me''. It''s just a natural thing. But I''m not sure if every woman has it,” Eva added.
