Drum-playing ape beats Ronaldo to become ‘2008’s Most Searched Funny Item on Net’!

London, Dec 27: A gorilla playing the drums has pipped Cristiano Ronaldo to top the list of the most searched for "humorous" subject on the internet.

According to a survey by search engine Ask. com, the Cadbury''s Dairy Milk TV advert featuring a gorilla (Drumzilla) playing the drums to Phil Collins'' hit ''In The Air Tonight'' was named the funniest story on the net in 2008 for UK web-users.

And the pictures and stories of a perma-tanned Man United star, Ronaldo, 23, in his skimpy trunks were the second most searched for funny items on the Internet.

At the third spot was the incredible rant by Heather Mills McCartney, 40, to reporters on the steps of the High Court after her divorce.

London, Dec 18 : Professional football club Real Madrid has made a claim that they have struck a secret agreement to buy Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to Bernabeu director Pedro Trapote, the deal has already been agreed upon, but has not been publicized due to a clause in the arrangement, which prevent the news being made official.

Trapote had told a confidante of the deal after Real's 2-0 defeat against Barcelona last weekend, reports Spanish daily El Mundo, which also added that Ronaldo agreed to stay at United this season only if they let him go next summer.
