The total number of fatalities owing to deadly H1N1 flu in the state of Rajasthan has gone up to 52.

As per reports, three more people died of swine flu in Ajmer and Udaipur on Friday.

Regardless of all attempts by the administration, the illness kept on spreading across Rajasthan and claim more lives.

The flu came forth as a major risk to preggies' as well as kids in the state. Out of the two casualties reported in Udaipur, one was a pregnant lady.

Indian rupee on Friday surged to a four-month peak at 45.83 versus the US currency, gaining 31 paise on the back of continued capital inflows from foreign funds.

The BSE Sensex grew by 795.09 points (4.23%) during the week.

For the second consecutive week, stong fund inflows from FIIs headed the rally at the Indian stock markets.

Moreover, the Sensex surged 1,373 points during the last two trading weeks.
