Thomson Reuters, the leading financial news and business information company has acquired online content provider Indlaw Communications for an undisclosed amount. Indlaw Communications, runs its flagship internet site indlaw.

Com, which offers its online content services in the areas of legal information, tax and regulatory markets.

Thomson Reuters quoted in a communiqué that, it will focus on providing uninterrupted service to Indlaw clients and would also offer them access to a whole suite of comprehensive legal information solutions from its international and common legal database.

At present, Indlaw Communications employs about 38 people in its facility.
