Washington, February 18 : Rumours are rife that Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is planning to shift to New York, for she was spotted checking out a nice building in Manhattan''s uptown Washington Heights neighbourhood Tuesday afternoon.

The report comes just weeks after she signed the lease on a 60 million-dollar Long Island mansion.

"The building had work permits and it seemed like they were probably being remodelled for (buyers'') taste," Us magazine quoted a witness as saying.

The source revealed that Jolie spent around 25 minutes inside the building.

London, Feb 14 : Angelina Jolie is reportedly "creeped out" by the mother of recently born octuplets- Nadya Suleman-because of rumours that the single mum has had facial surgery to make her look like the actress.

Suleman, 33, has also written several admiring letters to Jolie praising her work on behalf of children's issues, and also gushing about how talented she was, revealed a source close to the Hollywood beauty.

Suleman's friends said that she had altered her appearance to look like Jolie who has six children.

Washington, February 12 : The woman, who recently gave birth to a set of octuplets, adding to her previous brood of six, has denied that she was trying to ape Angelina Jolie with her looks and actions.

Nadya Suleman, who conceived all 14 of her babies through in vitro fertilization, was claimed to resemble the actress for her similar long dark hair, full lips and love for a giant lot of children.

The 33-year-old rebuffed the allegations adding that she had not gone under the knife for a lip job.

"I have never even thought of Angelina Jolie, except the last time I saw a movie," Us magazine quoted her as telling NBC's Today programme.

London, Feb 12 : American actress Angelina Jolie has earned herself the ire of the Thai government after she commented on the plight of Myanmar migrants.

Jolie and Brad Pitt had visited a refugee camp on the Thai-Myanmar border last week, as part of her role as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations (U. N.), and the migrants there told her that the Thai military was mistreating them.

Upon hearing their story, Jolie issued an emotive plea to the Thai government urging the authorities to respect the rights of the Rohingya, a Muslim ethnic group from Myanmar.

London, Feb 10 : Angelina Jolie not only missed out on the BAFTA, but also nearly lost her earrings worth a whopping 1.1 million pounds in her London hotel suite.

The `Lara Croft' star fuelled an immediate hunt for her Asprey earrings at the Dorchester hotel.

"Staff got a frantic call from Angelina at the airport, urging them to take her room apart," the Mirror quoted a source as saying.

The source added: "Happily, the diamonds were found after a 90-minute hunt and promptly sent back to LA."
