Washington, Mar 18 : Actress Salma Hayek has been roped in to star as Adam Sandler's wife in as-yet-untitled comedy film.

The film will also star Kevin James, Chris Rock, Rob Schneider, David Spade, Maya Rudolph and Colin Quinn, reports Variety magazine.

The story of the film revolves around five best friends from high school, who reunite 30 years later on a July 4 weekend.

Dennis Dugan is onboard to direct the picture, which is scheduled to begin filming in the summer.
