Researchers from the London School of Economics carried out the study on over 50,000 patients between 1999 and 2012. In the study, the researchers have assessed the activity levels and exercises carried out by the participants. The researchers assessed heart rate, perspiration and correlated BMI and waist circumference measurements as well.

SAD affects 1.5% and 9% of southern and northern states. According to initial results of a study, cognitive-behavioral therapy has been found to be better for patients having SAD than light therapy. In the study, the researchers have carried out a large-scale, randomized comparative analysis of the treatments.

In the study, 177 people were involved who were diagnosed with recurrent depression following a seasonal pattern. In the study, the participants were randomly assigned to undergo either cognitive-behavioral therapy or light therapy.

Study shows Happiness is on Decline in Individuals Over 30

People start feeling unhappy when they turn 30. A new study has found that adults over the age of 30 years are not as happy as they used to be, which means their happiness vanishes after being 30. The study also found young people and teens happier than ever.

As per a report of CBS News, researchers from the US found that in last five years, the age advantage for happiness in previous research disappeared. The new study didn’t find link between age and happiness among adult individuals. According to the study, adults between the age of 18 to 29 are happier than those older than 30.

About the product, Schumer said, “This may look like an ordinary jar of peanut butter, and it may cost the same as a jar of peanut butter, but the fact is it’s far more dangerous”.
