During the season five premiere of American action television series, 'Arrow,' Queen was attacked during a ceremony meant to honor late Laurel with a new statue, reports E! Online.

Some evil dude named Church wanted to take the Arrow down having no clue that he already had him. Mayor Queen was zip tied to a chair and was being tortured by a cop.

However, the villain's pleasure did not last long as the Arrow quickly got out of his zip ties and had an epic chair fight with his attacker, before killing him, in order to protect his secret.

The pathway offers a promising new target for developing a drug that would be effective in individuals for whom other antidepressants have failed.

New antidepressant options are important because a significant number of patients don't adequately improve with currently available anti-depressant drugs.

The lifetime prevalence of major depressive disorder is between 10 to 20 percent of the population.

The first author of the study Sarah Brooker said, "Identifying new pathways that can be targeted for drug design is an important step forward in improving the treatment of depressive disorders."
