New York, Dec 6 : Looks like George Clooney has a soft corner for cocktail waitresses, for after ending a year-long romance with Sarah Larson, the actor is now fancying another waitress at a London bar.

According to reports, the 47-year-old actor, after dining with pal Matt Damon at Nobu, went to the London’s trendy Whiskey Mist especially to see the petite brunette working behind the bar.

The actor, who is still sporting an ill-advised moustache for his role in ‘Men Who Stare At Goats’, reportedly met the bartender the last time he was in London.

"George arrived at the bar at midnight and went straight to talk [to her]," The New York Daily News quoted an insider as telling the Sun.

Vera Putina, 82, has claimed that Vladmir is the child she gave away at the age of ten, giving an account of an unhappy childhood, which is fiercely disputed by the Kremlin.

The Telegraph reports that Vera Putina lives hand-to-mouth in rural Georgia. Her house sits on a dirt track in the village of Metekhi, about 12 miles from Gori that was occupied by Russian tanks this August during the conflict over the breakaway state of South Ossetia.

A tiny woman, with gnarled worker''s hands, only Putina''s strong cheekbones and deep-set, piercing blue eyes are suggestive of who she claims she is.

London, Dec. 6 : Former Pakistan President General (retired) Pervez Musharraf has said that “before accusing Pakistan, India must understand the role of Pakistan in the war against terrorism and must work with it to eliminate the curse of terrorism.”

As far he was concerned, Musharraf said the motto of his life was and will continue to be “Pakistan first”.

In an interview with a private TV channel, Musharraf said everyone must play a role for the progress of Pakistan.

London, Dec 6 : Austrian incest fiend Josef Fritzl’s trial has been delayed – because no jurors want to hear the horrific details of the case.

According to reports, people selected for jury service are doing all they can to turn it down.

So far the Austrians who have been approached have claimed other commitments with their families.

“It’s the only legal way to escape jury service. But the truth is no-one wants to hear the horrific details day in day out, or to be tainted by taking part in such a trial,” the Daily Star quoted an insider, as saying.
