The Doctor of Michael Jackson is now free to work

The Doctor of Michael Jackson is now free to workThe court has allowed the doctor of Michael Jackson to work in California. The doctor Conrad Murray was accused of giving a lethal dose of anesthetic to Michael Jackson.

The honorable judge in Los Angeles has said that he did not have the authority to ban Dr Murray from his profession during a brief procedural hearing. All the family members of the dead pop star were inside the court to hear the ruling.

The 57 years old Dr Murray has denied having any involvement in the death of Michael Jackson. Jackson died in the month of June last year. A preliminary hearing is to take place on 23rd August.

The attorney general of California had asked the judge to suspend the doctor from his job. But on the other hand, the lawyers of Dr. Murray had argued that the doctor needed to work to pay for his defence.

The lawyers have said that the doctor had no intention to work in California but the ban in California would affect his work in Texas and Nevada also. The judge Michael Pastor refused to the application of the attorney general and said the decision had already been taken by the previous judge.
