Cherry juice may treat insomnia
Cherry Juice if consumed twice daily might aid in night's nap and is believed to cure the cases of insomnia.
The boffins at the University of Rochester in New York have said that if intake of a glass of unsweetened cherry juice in the morning and evening is gulped down on a regular basis will help in better sleep.
