Aqua Logistics, an integrated logistics solutions provider, today filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its Initial Public Offer.

Mumbai-based Aqua Logistics is a full-scope 3 PL (third-party logistics service provider), delivering end-to-end solutions in the logistics and supply chain domain to its customers. The company has presence in major locations such as New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Ludhiana, Baroda, Cochin and Pune.

The object of the issue to raise funds for purchase of specialized equipments, expansion and establishment of offices, to finance the funds required for proposed acquisitions, additional working capital requirements, public issue expenses and general corporate purposes.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE.

Saffron Capital Advisors and Centrum Capital are the Book lead managers, while Link Intime India is registrar to the issue.
