London, Oct.11 : An office worker was suspended and escorted off the premises for putting up a picture of Jesus.

According to The Mirror, Gareth Langmead, 40, a Catholic, was stunned when he was disciplined following a complaint lodged by a Muslim colleague, who said Langmead's act was deliberately provocative.

On Wednesday, Langmead's union criticised bosses at Manchester Airport for overreacting and said he had been left "very upset".

Unison official Glyn Platt said the matter could have been handled more sensitively. (ANI)
