Daun, Germany  - TechniSat has released an external satellite television receiver for PCs. Dubbed the SkyStar USB 2 HD CI, it can be connected to a computer via a USB connection. The company says the receiver will also be able to process TV signals in HDTV and DVB-S2. Packaged with a CI slot for pay-TV, the SkyStar will costs 149.99 euros (235.42 dollars).(dpa)
