Aniston upstaged by dogs that worked in new film

New Delhi, Mar 4 : Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she never knew that she would be upstaged by the dogs that worked with her in her new movie ''Marley and Me''.

The former `Friends' star has confessed that she and co-star often had to struggle to steal the limelight from their canine co-stars while shooting for the film.

In the film, 22 different Golden Labradors played the character of Marley, reports the China Daily.

Joking about the dogs at the UK premiere of the film in London''s Leicester Square, the 40-year-old actress said: "They didn''t warn us about that. Those dogs in the movie were really good!"

India's Congress Party picks Oscars tune as election theme song

The right to use Jai Ho, which roughly translates as "let there be victory," has been bought from music distributor T-Series for an undisclosed sum, the Times of India newspaper reported.

The song from the rags-to-riches film based in Mumbai slums represented hope and possibility, which was what the Congress Party means to the people of India, party sources were quoted as saying.

The surface-to-surface missile failed to hit its target during an earlier test on January 20.

The Block II BrahMos missile was successfully launched and took two and a half minutes to strike its target at the Pokhran firing range, an unnamed official from the Defence Research and Development Organization was quoted as saying by the PTI news agency.

New Delhi, Mar 4: The President of the African nation of Benin, Boni Yayi, on Wednesday pledged support to India''s bid for a permanent seat on the UN Security Council seat.

Yayi, who is on a five-day official visit to India, said his country looked at India as a successful democracy.

"We would like to support India in its candidature for the Security Council of the United Nations. We believe that we will be able to create a better order in the world with a more reinforced Security Council," said Yayi.

Talks have been going on to expand the powerful five-nation UN permanent Security Council and accommodate newer member countries. India is vying for a place.
