Khar (Pakistan), Nov 22: Twenty-two militants were killed and five others sustained injuries when Pakistani security forces pounded the hideouts of suspected militants in the Damadola area of troubled Bajaur Agency.
Sources said security forces pounded the hideouts of militants in Damadola, Tanikhwar, Sapray, Charmang, Kotki, Zorbandar, Glokas Shenkot, Kharkay and Gutki areas of Mamond and Nawagai Tehsils on Friday.
Bajaur Agency (Pakistan), Nov 18: At least 10 people, included three Taliban, were killed in clashes between the Taliban and pro-government tribal leaders in the Bajaur Agency last evening.
According to local government officials, the Taliban intercepted a convoy of vehicles carrying 12 pro-government elders of the Mamoond tribe.

Khar (Pakistan), Nov 6: In a bid to flush out militants from the Bajaur Agency, Pakistani security forces bombed their hideouts with the help of gunship helicopters in overnight raids.
The raids took place in parts of Chaharmang in which several militants were reportedly killed, reported The News.
While fresh contingent of security forces have reached the troubled agency, security forces continued overnight shelling at pro-militants stronghold in Chaharmang, Nawagai and Mamond areas.
Miranshah (Pakistan), Nov 4: Pakistani security forces claimed to have killed as many as 18 Taliban in an operation in the Bajaur Agency last evening.
While four Taliban died in artillery shelling in different areas of Mamond tehsil on Monday morning, 14 Taliban were killed in bombing by jet fighters in the afternoon, the Daily Times quoted Pakistan officials as saying.
