IREDA, IRFC, REC, Garden Reach Shipbuilders, RITES, Dredging Corporation, NHPC and BHEL were among major losers in public sector stocks.

IREDA, BEML, Rail Vikas Nigam, SAIL, NALCO, IRFC shares were among major losers in PSU segment while overall trend in the Indian markets was negative.

IRFC Share Price jumped in today's session as the PSU reported its strongest quarterly results. IREDA, MRPL and REC were also major major gainers in the public sector space.

IREDA, Power Grid, RITES, IRFC were among major gainers in the PSU segment. Among major losers were Garden Reach Shipbuilders and steel major SAIL.

Indian markets were trading almost flat on Monday while many public sector stocks were facing selling pressure.

IRFC Share price was down by nearly 1.7 percent in today's session. The stock touched intraday low at Rs 142.59 and immediate support is at Rs 139.5.
