Washington, Jan. 14 : The Pentagon is looking at several military bases in the U. S. as possible sites to hold terrorist suspects now at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, including Camp Pendleton in San Diego and Fort Leavenworth in Kansas.

Kansas Republican Senator Sam Brownback told The Washington Times that an internal Pentagon study named Fort Leavenworth among other locations.

Washington, January 14 : U. S. President-elect Barack Obama has written a letter to his daughters Sasha, 7, and Malia, 10, revealing what he wants for them and every child in the country.

Washington, Jan 14 : Cancer-stricken Patrick Swayze, who checked himself into a hospital after being struck down with pneumonia, is now `doing fine'.

Patrick, who is also battling pancreatic cancer, is currently under observation.
