Sakhir, Bahrain - A sand storm on Wednesday caused havoc at Formula One testing on the Grand Prix circuit in Bahrain, forcing teams to abandon their testing.

Toyota's Timo Glock said that he had been disappointed. "It is a pity that we could not complete our programme," he said.

Toyota, BMW-Sauber and Ferrari were the teams affected by the adverse weather conditions. (dpa)
