Sydney - eOscar-winning Australian actor Cate Blanchett and her playwright husband Andrew Upton have named their new son Ignatius Martin Upton, a spokesman for the couple said Monday.
"They have a healthy baby boy - Ignatius Martin Upton. All are well and happy," the Sydney Theatre Company (STC) spokesman said.
STC is Australia's de facto national theatre and Blanchett and Upton are its artistic co-directors.
Ignatius, who was born on Sunday, is a brother to Dashiell, 6, and Roman, 3.
