Railways to decide later on fresh exam in Mumbai

It's good news for those students who suffered a lot in Mumbai while appearing for Railway Recruitment Board examinations.

The Railway Recruitment Board of Mumbai has decided to hold re-examination for students affected by vandalism of Maharastra Navnirman Samiti activists.

According to sources, re-examination will be held in only two centers of Mumbai. Those two centers had been affected by the anti-social elements who had torn up answer sheets, denying the candidates from taking the examination. The examination in other 19 centers were had a regular exam, said a Railway official.

The board had held the examinations at 145 centers in Mumbai, 136 in Nagpur and 29 centers in Sholapur.

A local court in Maharashtra’s Nasik remanded Purohit to police custody till November 15 and also approved the conducting of narco analysis test on him.

Sadhvi Pragya gets judicial custody till Nov.17 in Malegaon blast case

Pragya Singh ThakurNashik, Nov 03 : A Nashik court today sent Sadhvi Pragya Thakur to judicial custody till Novenber17 in connection with the Malegaon blast case. The Sadhvi fainted during the proceedings in the court.

The officials of the Mumbai ATS produced six accused of Malegaon blast including Pragya in Nashik court.

Earlier in the day, Mumbai ATS arrested three more people in Nashik and produced them in the court.

During the proceedings, Sadhvi stated that she would break silence only after getting the justice.

President urges students to develop special skills
