Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrives in Jammu on Sunday to receive an honorary doctorate of letters (D Litt) at a special ceremonial occasion in Jammu University.

Dr. Manmohan Singh has been the recipient of honorary doctorate degrees from various National as well as International universities.
