Eislingen, Germany - More than 20 weapons were stolen from the shooting club of 18-year-old who was arrested in connection with the murder of four members of his family, police said Monday. Long and short range weapons with large and small calibres were stolen from the marksman's club last October, police said. The corresponding ammunition was also missing.

The youth and his friend, aged 19, are being treated as prime suspects in Friday's shootings, in which the father, mother and two sisters of the teenager were found dead with gunshot wounds in the family apartment.

There were no traces of break-in or ransacking in the flat.

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd, a provider of technology related services in the areas of business availability and business continuity, has signed a multi-year contract with two overseas companies to offer Remote Infrastructure management services and Virtual CIO offerings respectively.

According to official release, the consolidated and accumulative deal size would be at Rs 25 crore.

The company has signed the first contract with a European firm - IT Factory to remotely support IT Factory's management functions and IT maintenance.

Geneva  - The European Communities should further liberalize its services and agricultural sector to achieve a robust recovery from the downturn leading to sustained economic growth, the World Trade Organization said in a report Monday.

Liberalization of services should be done at both the internal EC level and with third countries. The WTO secretariat, in its trade policy review, also said the EC should reduce tariffs on agricultural imports and subsidies on exports.

This would advance the full establishment of the EC internal market, the WTO said.

Amsterdam - The controversial Dutch Freedom Party PVV formally announced Monday it would participate in the European Parliament elections scheduled for June 4.

The Freedom Party PVV said one of its current legislators, Barry Madlener, would lead the party list.

The liberal-rightist Freedom Party, established by Geert Wilders after he was ejected from the Liberal VVD party in September 2004, is known for its strong criticism on Islam, Dutch migrant policy and Euro-skepticism.
