Baghdad - A Kurdish Autonomous Region official said he was hopeful that a landmark visit to Iraq by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan would end a phase of cold relations between Ankara, Baghdad and the Kurdish region, media reports said Friday.
