New Delhi, Apr 10: Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will release the Urdu version of the Congress manifesto here today.

Dr. Singh will also launch an Urdu website of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) to reach a wider audience.

This is the first time that Congress is launching a Urdu website. (ANI)
