New Delhi, Apr 5 : External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday said that India would welcome any effort by the international community which ensured that Pakistan fulfills its obligations to fight terrorism.
"As a responsible state, Pakistan should fulfill its obligations. Any effort by the international community to ensure that they fulfill their international obligations to fight against terrorism are welcome," Mukherjee told reporters here.
New Delhi, Mar. 23 : Lauding the gradual and growing evolution of the India-Africa partnership, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Monday said this long and historic relationship has acquired a sustainability that should do both New Delhi and the African continent proud.
Speaking at the Fifth India-Africa Conclave, Mukherjee said that both India and Africa have marched together; traversed similar paths; shared similar values and cherished the same dreams.

After meeting with Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee here on Saturday, Mukherjee asserted that the people of West Bengal would give their support to the alliance in the parliamentary elections.
