According to a pal, the mum-of-three has finally agreed that the soccer ace could sign for the Italian team, where he's on loan until next month.

Following the tough decision Posh will be seen staying behind in Los Angeles with their three sons Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six, and Cruz, who turns four next week.

Milan vice president Adriano Galliani made the news Wednesday saying that "If Beckham will decide to free himself from the contract (with Galaxy, which expires in 2011) our doors are open. But he belongs to another club and we must thank them because they were very kind to us."
