Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), a New Delhi-based real estate developer, has notified that it has finally launched Parsvnath Royale Floors, an affordable residential project as part of its integrated township plans in Lucknow.

Under the latest project, the company offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units in a price range of Rs 13.95 lakh to Rs 27.50 lakh.

A company official, during press conference informed that the project comprises of 510 units over 600,000 sq. ft. area, and scheduled to be completed with in a period of two years from the date of commencement of construction work.

The company expects to earn revenue of Rs 100 crore from its Lucknow project over two years.

In today's trading session, the scrip of the company settled the day at Rs 32.35 on BSE, down 1% compared to previous close.

The equity shares of Parsvnath plummeted over 85% from its 52-week-high of Rs 250, in less than one year.
