Parsvnath bags Rs 29.5 crore DMRC contractParsvnath Developers, India’s leading real estate firm has revealed that the company has secured a contract worth Rs 29.5 crore from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).

Under the proposed contract, the company will execute construction of station box in the upcoming Dhaula Kuan metro station that connects Connaught place to International Airport.

While commenting on the order, Mr. Pradeep Jain, chairman of Parsvnath Developers stated, “Parsvnath is proud to strengthen its association with DMRC through the construction of station box at Dhaula Kuan. The project reinforces the confidence of DMRC in our execution capabilities.”

The sources close to the company said that, Parsvnath is already developing shopping malls in 13 metro stations across Delhi. The project is scheduled to be finalized within15 months.

According to the reports, the capital-based realty firm had earlier constructed Azadpur and Akshardham metro stations which were allotted to them on build-operate-tranfer (BoT) basis.

Scrip of  Parsvnath Developers closed at Rs 70, plunged 10.98 percent on National Stock Exchange (NSE). The total volume of shares traded was 389,913 at the NSE.
