Vienna- Falling by only 0.06 dollars Wednesday, the price for crude oil produced by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) continued to hover around 45.50 dollars.

One barrel (159 litres) of OPEC crude stood at 45.47 dollars Wednesday, compared with 45.53 dollars on the previous day, the Vienna-based cartel said Thursday.

OPEC calculates an average price based on 13 brands produced by its members. (dpa)
