Alfie and Harry McQuillin expired on November 1, two days after their birth at Stafford Hospital, which currently is being condemned for haywire measures of care shown and offered with a matter of public inquiry.

A staff employee has been dismissed and an independent pediatric doctor has been made incharge of the investigation.
