The agency, however, pointed out that the move will not delay the implementation of the final rules in 2012. It is expected to propose the greenhouse rules by Sept. 30 in places of July 26 and finalize the rules by 2012.

Comcast is planning a trial of the Skype service this year and launch to greater number of subscribers next year. Comcast said that the Skype-on-TV feature is part of its “strategic partnership” with the popular video calling service provider, which was recently acquired by Microsoft.

SpaceX to launch a Thai broadcasting satelliteSpaceX has said on Monday that it will launch a Thai television broadcasting satellite from Cape Canaveral in 2013.

The Thaicom 6 satellite will be launched aboard a Falcon 9 sometime in 2013 to cater to the growing demand in the region. SpaceX did not disclose the exact value of the deal but a standard Falcon 9 flight costs $54 million.

Thaicom Public Company Ltd had announced the $160 million satellite project May 31, which will allow the company to expand the company's business in satellite television broadcasting over Southeast Asia and South Asia.

The 30-scrip sensitive index (Sensex) of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), which opened at 18,276.78 points, was ruling at 18,321.5 points, up 65.14 points or 0.36 percent from its previous close at 18,266.03 points.

The 50-scrip S&P CNX Nifty of the National Stock Exchange was also trading in the green at 5,504.05 points, up 0.39 percent.

"Islam is a very nice religion, but it's been misinterpreted very badly. Quran means a book to be read; it doesn't claim to be a holy book," Arshad told IANS.

He said, "Ninety percent of what people say about Islam is a myth. People say that in Islam you get a divorce by just saying the word talaaq three times. All that is rubbish. It is not that you say the word three times and marriage is over."
