GREENSBURG, Pa., Dec. 2 -- A man who allegedly videotaped another man in the men's room of a western Pennsylvania Wal-Mart could face criminal charges.

The Westmoreland County resident allegedly used his video camera in other public restrooms and stores the results on his home computer, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported. He was nabbed during the weekend by security guards at a store in Unity.

"We received a report of an unusual incident where a male was in a bathroom stall, looked up and observed someone holding a recording device over the stall wall," said Trooper Jeanne Martin, public information officer for the State Police in Greensburg.

Troopers confiscated the man's recording equipment. He could be charged with invasion of privacy and illegal use of a video camera. (UPI)
