Amy Winehouse plans a secret divorce

Amy Winehouse plans a secret divorceSinger Amy Winehouse is reportedly "seriously considering" putting an end to her marriage with Blake Fielder-Civil - she is in secret negotiations with her lawyers about divorcing husband.

Winehouse wed Fielder-Civil in a surprise ceremony in Miami, Florida in May 2007.

Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months behind bars earlier this year after being convicted of causing actual bodily harm and perverting the course of justice. He was released from Highpoint Prison in Suffolk Wednesday, after he struck a deal with prosecutors for an early release.

He is presently in rehab at the Life Works centre in Woking, Surrey, in a bid to kick his addiction to narcotics; and Winehouse has refused to see him. Asking Winehouse to pay his 30,000 pounds rehab fees, Fielder-Civil has reportedly said: "I am gonna see my wife and take her knickers down."

According to contactmusic. com, Winehouse said: "I don't know if I want to be with him. Everything has changed. I'm trying to move on and I can't take the pain any more. I'm still thinking about whether to see him."

The singer is afraid over the money Fielder-Civil will get from her estimated 10 million pounds fortune. However, lawyers said Blake stands little chance of getting a huge pay-out.

A source close to the singer added: "Things are really bad between her and Blake. She doesn't know any more if he's 'the one'. It's really sad but this could be the end."
